Vision
To improve the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities and help women, youth, and other underserved groups become self-reliant and able to contribute meaningfully to society.
Mission
To provide humanitarian assistance, promote education and health care, expand technical and vocational skills training, advance gender equality, and support sustainable development through advocacy, counseling, partnerships, and community engagement.
Global Reach
The Foundation may support lawful charitable work in the United States, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Liberia, and other communities where partnerships and needs align with its mission.

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and is committed to transparent decision-making, accurate financial records, lawful use of charitable funds, conflict-of-interest safeguards, and responsible oversight.
